Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Breezy, operated by One Sigma SAS ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in Colombia. By creating an account, signing in, or using a shared form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). If you use Breezy on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Breezy lets Creators turn forms into AI-guided conversations, share them through a link, and collect structured answers. Respondents answer through the conversational agent. Features may change over time.

Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Provide accurate information and notify us at jalzate@onesigma.com.co of any unauthorized use. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free trial credits.

Creators are responsible for the forms they publish and for the data they collect. You agree to:

• Have the legal right to use the content you upload.
• Provide Respondents the notices and obtain the consents required by applicable law, including data-protection law, as you are the party that decides why and how the data is collected.
• Not collect data you are not legally allowed to collect, and not use Breezy to collect sensitive data (such as payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or passwords).
• Use the answers lawfully and keep them secure once exported.

You may not: break the law or infringe rights; send malicious, deceptive, harassing, or hateful content; attempt to trick, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or the AI agent; bypass limits, credits, or security; scrape the service; or use it to harm minors or to profile people unlawfully. We may suspend content or accounts that violate these Terms.

• Credit: 1 credit is consumed for each form field ("slot") the agent successfully fills during a session. Forms are limited to 50 questions.
• Billing timing: credits are charged when a session closes (completed, inactive for 24 hours, or session limit reached), not per message. A session where nothing was filled costs nothing.
• Free trial: new accounts receive 200 trial credits that do not expire. No payment method is required.
• Pay-as-you-go packages: credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Subscriptions: monthly plans grant credits each billing cycle; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Courtesy buffer: a session that closes with insufficient balance may take your balance slightly negative (up to 10 credits). New sessions will not start beyond that limit until you add credits, and the debt is settled from your next purchase.
• Prices and taxes: prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases; purchases already made are not affected. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe or Wompi under their terms.
• Discounts: verified education and non-profit accounts may receive a discount, as described in the app.

Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase date. Credits already consumed are not refundable. Subscription fees are refundable only as required by law. To request a refund, write to jalzate@onesigma.com.co. Payment disputes or chargebacks may lead to account review and suspension.

The agent uses AI to interpret answers and ask questions. AI can make mistakes: extracted answers may be inaccurate or incomplete, and optional analysis (sentiment, summaries) is informational only. Creators are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for important decisions. Do not use Breezy for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.

You keep ownership of your forms, content and collected answers. You grant One Sigma SAS a limited license to host, process and transmit them solely to provide the service. Breezy, its software, design and brand belong to One Sigma SAS and its licensors; these Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including that Creators receive only structured answers and not the literal text of Respondents' messages. Creators must not attempt to obtain raw conversation text.

Breezy depends on third parties (Google, Anthropic, Stripe, Wompi, AWS, Mailgun). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

We aim for reliable service but provide it "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Breezy in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection rights.

You agree to indemnify One Sigma SAS against claims arising from your forms, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to comply with data-protection and other applicable laws as a Creator.

You may stop using Breezy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal reasons. On termination, unused credits are not refunded, except as required by law or stated in Section 8. Sections that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new date and notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
